I am taking this health and wellness class to help myself and others.I am disabled in a wheelchair most of the time. I have degenative disc diease as well as serve arthrtis. I went to a Chiroparctor for many years. I also have diabetes and I need to loose weight. I took this class to help myself to get to a better sense of wellness.
I am 52 years old divorced. I live with my sister and great nephew which we are adopting soon.
